Whats the story with the big homeless guy on Perkins?

Sorry if not the right place to post but tRant always has intel before anyone else. Big light skinned African American guy. Usually hangs out at the corner of the Sonic or southdowns. I could have sworn he was a student at LSU during my time. Remember him as very intelligent. Anyone know the back story?

IDK but I don't feel bad for any of those bums.
There are plenty of places that offer government assistance and help with things like resumes, vocational training, etc.
Unfortunately they are more interested in meth and having their homeless drug orgies than they are in changing their lives

I only know part of the story but from what I heard, he doesn't have a house. You're welcome.

I know who you're talking about and he was definitely a student in the late 90's. I had a class or two with him. I have no idea what the story is though.
