What's the pickiest thing (appearance wise) you've not dated someone for

I'd have to say mine was this girl that I noticed a visible vein on the inner part of her ear. She was very cute and had a really nice body, but I just couldn't get over that vein.

Dated a gorgeous girl. I could deal with her being annoying. Couldn't deal with the hair on her nipples. I was afraid if I told her to shave them that the hair would come back twice as bad.
