There are different eras of Swift that you have to be up on. I am not someone that is but I can tell by pictures I have seen.
You also have to decide whether the craziness should be calculated at all.
Also her wealth could be considered as well.
I personally like it alot.
I put her in the upper 8.5-8.7 range.
The fun of it actually happening with her would make it a 10

Yup. Brittany can dance but her music is not close. Put it this way, swift would sell out tiger stadium , even prime spears could have not done that.
