I think it's fine. They won't have to worry about getting him another console for 5 or 6 years. He won't be complaining he can't play any Switch 2 games when he's 11.

I liked the first one. The linearity never bothered me. Hope was the worst thing about the game. The soundtrack is amazing and got me through some parts of the game that dragged. I have the other two on Steam but have never played them.

I think Purple is one of the greatest albums ever produced. If you look at any list of the top 100 albums of just the 90s it's hardly ever mentioned. Completely underrated and underappreciated band. For me STP and AiC are interchangeable as the best bands of the 90s.

Borderlands 2 is one of my top 10 games so I'm probably going to get it. I'll wait for the day one reviews just to make sure it's not an absolute turd. Hopefully there's some good skins because I don't like any of the new vault hunter designs.
