Subway had the cheap thing going for them with the $5 foot longs. The franchisees didn't like it so eventually it went away.. and so did the customers.

Making a little money is better than making no money.

Arby's sucks and always has.

I’m convinced Capt Ds is a money laundering front.

it’s looking like their massive number of locations is also leading to their demise

I’ve read this as well. They seem to have no protection for franchisees at all and will allow anyone to open a store anywhere

Arby’s and Checkers are building new locations in Baton Rouge. They aren’t struggling.

The ones I’ve seen in Florida look like they’re doing really well.

All I’ve gotten there in the last 5 years is a turkey sandwich but it’s as top notch as a turkey sandwich can get.

Down to each ingredient(like the tomatoes) being noticeably superior to anything else a fast food chain offers.

Arby’s has gone through a restaurant re-design, and their food has improved greatly, at least here in Oklahoma.

Wendy’s is up and down.

Subway is only an option when Jersey Mike’s isn’t near.

Carl’s Jr., and Burger King are garbage.

Chick-Fil-A is average.

Taco Bell is only good for its breakfast.

Checkers. Two have closed around here, 20 miles apart. Whataburger came in.

It’s $18 for a hamburger in Hilo, Hawaii.

I’m voting for Long John Silvers

Disgusting food. And now they share space with Taco Bell. I don’t think a corporation like PepsiCo would make them bunk if LJS was booming.

You have to take out a second mortgage to eat at Five Guys.

30 years ago there was one Subway in BR. On Jefferson. And it stayed packed into the evening and those sandwiches were HUGE!

Yeah I'm not getting the Arby's hate on here. Their Market Fresh sandwiches are amongst the best of any chain.

Them's fightin' words. CFA is and will always be The Standard in the industry.
