20I have no data, but I imagine Subway has to be hurting. Awful ingredients and much better competitors.

Arby's was great 5 years ago, they suck now. I agree it is between them and Subway among chains that were good in that time frame.

It was a time warp. It's that first impression when you open the door. Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's, Chipotle, etc. has character and an upbeat vibe. Enter a Subway and you immediately get depressed. The outdated decor needs to go.

Same here in Jax but same could be said for hardee's as well.
