Dislocated shoulder that I had been able to pop back in myself, until I couldn’t. I didn’t know ligaments aren’t fully mature until mid twenties, is what I was told. That’s a long ride to the ER.

Heat up a sharp ice pick over a gas flame, then stab it deep into your shoulder. That kinda pain. The last one was violent, chipped and cracked my shoulder ball socket. Surgery was fine, rehab brutal.

Working a house fire and fell through roof because I was young and dumb. Broke a leg and mask popped off landing on a table. Had burns albeit not bad on my face. Didn’t realize I broke leg (adrenaline) got up and headed to nearby window and leaped out. About 30 minutes later, knew leg broke by then, adrenaline wore off and my face and leg started hurting really bad.

On ambulance call, had a patient throw a brick at me and point of it hit my shoulder. That MFer hurt

A gout flare up before my doctor prescribed two meds. One for if I have a flare up. The other was an every day regimen to eliminate and/or lesson flare ups. I've literally crawled to the bathroom in the middle of the night with tears in my eyes. Torn bicep tendon didn't feel too good.

1. Compression fractures in L3 & L4 vertebrae, accompanied by breaking all of my ribs on the left side. Car wreck.

2. Medicine eruption. Given an injection by doctor, along with a prescription drug. They interacted in a bad way. It was like a chemical burn from the inside out. No bueno.

Kidney stone.

Second would be some weird foot pain I had that lasted for around ten days. I could only walk on my heel, stiff-legged. It didn't fit any of the common ailments that I looked up. It showed up out of the blue one morning and went away just as quickly. I still have no idea what it was.

Never had any issues until I turned 40. I broke 5 ribs, fractured shoulder, broken collarbone, punctured lung in a mtn bike accident..
Then a year later was in the hospital a week with covid pneumonia. Now just back and neck pains

Had abcessed tooth that I got antibiotics for
Was on humira and next morning infection had moved to other tooth, jaw and neck
Sister who works for oral surgeon panicked and rushed me in to slit gum from front to back and put drain in neck.
The pain going to surgeon was worse than when I fell out of deerstand 25’ in air and shattered leg.

Had a pretty big staph infection on my elbow that wasn't responding to antibiotics. Instead of laying low I decided to rebuild the lower unit of my boat motor. Was struggling to break a bolt loose and when it did my elbow slammed into skmething right on the staph. I blacked out and came to puking.

Fell 5 feet into a manhole pit at my job onto steel grating and broke 3 ribs. I hit on my side so hard it pushed my rib muscles into the broken bones almost like play doh.

Have this as well. It's awful.

My top 2 are stingray stings and tonsillectomy at 38 years old. Both were just relentless pain.

Second place is when I severely broke my nose and it sat at a 45 degree angle.

First place is when the doctor reset it. frick that.

I’ve broken multiple other bones and nothing came close to that
