There isn't anyone left to wear them.

St Helena...
I seem to recall hearing that St Helena Parish is the only Parish that has no railroad tracks.

Grant - Winn - Jackson.
Hands down most useless part of Louisiana

One of the coolest, most laid back parishes in the state.
Agreed LB is always a good time.

Grant doesn't even have a traffic light
Grant High School is 4A and will probably be 5A after the next reclassification. The parish is booming.

Sure as frick isn't Grant.
Come deer season, the parish population triples.

Winn has produced four NFL players and one NBA player with a population considerably less than one good-sized Baton Rouge neighborhood. Grant is growing like leaps and bounds. Jackson does kind of suck.

Webster has to be up there and that's where I grew up. Minden, Springhill, and a bunch of little nothings in Sibley, Doyline, Cotton Valley etc. Good fishing on Bistineau but other than that can't think of much.
Maybe Devin White and the Toyota flying in the air the other day keeps it partially relevant

I'm gonna have to vote Cameron parish
Important for both petrochemical and cattle industries.
Also one of the few sandy beaches (Holly Beach) in the State.

I hunt in Winn/Jackson and can't think of a single reason to go there except to blast deer

Cook meth. They're pretty worthless parishes.

I think I may drive trough grant to get there but it's not relevant enough for me to notice

Learn some history, the Piney woods and hills areas in LA and MS. were way more racist than the delta areas. Even after the civil war the plantation owners still needed the freed slaves to work for them.

Anyone not voting for East Carrol Parish has never been to East Carrol Parish.
Pascagoula Parish comes in a close second.

Major fail. Pascagoula is not part of Louisiana.

You do have the army ammunition dump. That has to count for something.

Pretty sure mamou predates the 50s as do most of the others
The Cajun Mardi Gras celebration pretty much died out after the turn of the century and the Great Depression. It was restarted by a couple of Mamouians, Paul Tate Sr. and Revon Reed in the early 50s.
