Damn, do you own the house or does the bank. I figure with all my debts I am 400k in debt...that's some what impressive. At least 350k of that is collateral...amongst different things...that will all change for the better in the next couple of years...some things are worth investing in.

My mom’s great-aunt went to LSU in the 1920’s. I have her student ticket to all LSU sporting events from 1924-1925. Tiger stadium opened in 1924 so I’ve had someone in my family going to Tiger games since Tiger stadium opened, 95 years ago.

If I don't look too far to the right my back yard.

To the right is 145 yards to the tree line. Straight out the back door is a little under 1.5 miles.

I drink coffee and stare at it 2-3x a week.
