The most cash I've held in my hand is $5,500. I was going to buy a car with it but the deal fell through. How much of your own cash have you held in your hand?

Around that much buying a 96 prelude as my first adult purchase

Why did you have 600k in cash?

Because I've got a sweet arse safe hooked up to the alarm system, and that'd just be stupid if I didn't keep shite in it.

You can't hold 600k in cash in your hand, but, like I said, it was pretty fricking nerve racking. I felt like everybody knew, and I was going to get car jacked at every red light. My best friend and I were both strapped, and I kept my fricking eye on him too.

You sound as curious as my favorite uncle, Sam.

And, I wasn't letting the movers move that shite with it full, so I took it to my box at the private vault for a few days.

Unfortunately, were not related because I'd have a lot more money than I do now.

You missed your chance.

I lost all that shite in a boating accident.

I had to figure out how to fit a little over $3 million into the safe of the company I worked for one time. We were suppose to get about $1.5 mil but somehow the bank doubled the cash order. I had to take all the change and any bills lower than 20's out the safe to fit the bulk of the cash in.

Most cash I ever carried that was mine was probably $15k or so. I have written checks and cashier checks up to about $80k or so.

I used to sell crawfish to restaurants and most paid in cash. It was pretty common to have 40-50k cash on hand

I’ve regularly had $20-30k on hand doing concerts and events to pay artists or what have you, but the most cash I’ve ever had on my person physically is $120k after a show.

My step dad sold a car for 30 grand, give or take a couple. The guy paid cash...half was in 20s the other half in 100s.

Thinking about it 25 years later, I realize what kind of person pays cash for a classic muscle car...half of which is $15,000 worth of 20 dollar bills.
