I drink daily, usually.

I'll have a bourbon before dinner, sometimes 2.
Sometimes have a beer by the pool, but a case of beer will last me a year.
I'll do an alcohol fast at some point during the year just b/c I want to.

My bloodwork is excellent, and I exercise at least 4-5x per week..

I highly recommend not drinking if it gets away from you.

I've done 90 days multiple times.

Every time I think man I sleep like a baby and an hour after waking up I feel refreshed and clear headed. I'm good for one long stretch a year and always enjoy it.

Since I started drinking at 16 years old, I gave it up last year for Lent. So a little more than 40 days.

If they want to push a month of the year to be “dry” it doesn’t need to be a depressing arse winter month.

Two weeks back in 2022 I was really really sick and a year later I had my gallbladder out (1 week). So those 3 weeks.
