New Orleans to Indianapolis, Saints played there next day. Then all the way back to New Orleans right after the game ended. 13ish hours each way after factoring stops. I think 2015.

Colorado Springs to Baton Rouge solo when I was 19. Think it's like 1350 miles and I only stopped 3 times for gas.
Another time with one friend we drove from Boston to Baton Rouge straight, only stopping for gas, 24 hours in the car.
For me once I drive over 500 miles straight I feel like you can keep going forever, and then around 900-1000 miles in it really starts to suck. Having adderall certainly helps though.

I like road trip me n the old lady n man's best friend or just me n my dog. The most brutal one was from Destin to Virginia beach bought my boat got it fitted and drove back with out sleeping truly miserable.
I left after work around 6pm, got to Virginia at about 730am dropped old lady off at a hotel to sleep, went to trailer guy made sure everything was in order and he would be at boat launch after I test drove it. Took forever to get boat fitted on a trailer and I will never do it like this again. Once boat was good to go with new trailer went to hotel grabbed old lady n drove back around 3pm. The drive home I couldn't make it pulled over 1 or so hour power nap at a truck stop and I was good to go. Work on Monday was bad really for like a week after.
Also non stop from Fayetteville NC to Galveston day or so after Ike to help family. And numerous 2 day trips from Florida to NorCal.

Stowe, VT to Chicago.
Chicago to Colorado Springs.
This was back-to-back with an overnight stop in downtown Chicago. So, Vermont to Colorado Springs in less than 48 hours as the sole driver in a Saturn L200.

How do you drive nearly 900 miles without stoop for gas?
Drive 900 mph.

Johnson City, KS (for a prairie dog shoot) back to BR — exactly 1000 miles to my driveway. About 16 hours or so. Never again. AT AGE 64.
BR to Chicago, 905 miles. 13 hours. At age 62.
BR to Willmington NC — lot further than I thought. Same for BR to the Shenandoah Valley. VA a lot longer than I thought. At age 50.
Also drove from BR to L.A. and back at age 68. But I took my time.
Age only demands more periodic stops enroute and more rest at the end of the trip.

So I'm calling bs on most people saying they drove more than like 500 miles non stop.
If you want to make it truly nonstop... Baton rouge to Jacksonville and back to Tallahassee.
We had a damned rental hyundai sonata. We filled up in Baton rouge and I made the joke we would head east until we ran out of gas.
We ran out of fricking America.
The car was rated for maybe 35mpg which is bullshite. Just like the altima... It'll get 40-45 on the Hwy if you baby it.
And the damned tank was massive.

Almost four years ago, 14 hours, solo drive from Asheville, NC to Lafayette. Was slowed down by serious fog at the start and driving rain at the end, from Slidell to Laffy. The basin bridge in severe weather, what a treat, especially on the final push home.
Driving through Atlanta for the first time had me worried and anxious. Got lucky on both the trips going and coming as far as traffic congestion.

Mobile AL to Winchester MA to Middle Island NY to somewhere in PA headed to Hattiesburg MS. Once it started getting dark that second day I had to pull over. One fuel stop plus unloading/loading. Was much younger and on paper logs.

I'm not a motorcycle rider, but I'd be afraid of riding at night. Mainly because of wildlife jumping out into the road.

About 17 hours from Baton Rouge to Albuquerque then the same coming back about 3 days later.
Edit: Highway 287 is a god forsaken stretch of nothing in Texas.
