Not long. A nickel at USP Atlanta. Almost 30 years ago now.
Most don't feel the need to talk about it.

16 years if you are referring to my 1st marriage. If you mean an actual jail/prison then my record is clean.

They didn't give us a phone call so I had to trade one of the more privileged inmates a Mondo to call a buddy's dad to spring us

I spent a few months in a maximum security southern chain-gang camp somewhere in the deep south. Can you believe they put me in for cutting the heads off parking meters???

About 10 years ago I did almost 8 months in North Dakota, for opioid possession, I had hurt my back and a friend of mine gave me some pain pills that were prescribed to him so I could continue to work through it, hindsight always 20/20, I should’ve just gone and got my own medication. But I got pulled over for speeding, officer saw I was an out of towner and saw the pill bottle when I opened the door and it wasn’t prescribed to me. They threw the book at me and locked me up for 7 months 2 weeks and 2 days.

Same but hopping a ride on a passing firetruck in a moment of stupidity in the FQ will land you 24 hours in OPP.

I've been married for 10 years...
Joking aside, I have never been arrested.

6 months and 3000 dollar fine for milk crate theft. I was a bachelor at the time and going to college. Milk crates and plywood are great for furniture until 5 0 comes a knockin

Which sober home?
I went to palmetto and then an Arizona sober home about 20 years ago
Edit: I’m guessing you were in Prescott?

34 days in EBRPP. Got set up in a sting operation at the Zoo in the back of Bon Marche for attempting to purchase some party favors back in the early 90's. Yes, the charge was attempted posession of a controlled substance which was a felony. Only did the time between arrest and initial court dates because my friends and other family that were trying to get me out kept being told by my Dad that he had it handled, while actually he wanted me to sit and learn a lesson. Lawyer got my charges dismissed in exchange for my buddy that was arrested with me to accept a midemeanor charge for paraphernalia. He had a public defender and was happy to do it. Lesson was learned, moved out of state afterwards away from influences, kept away from the nonsense and have done very well. The time in GenPop wasn't so bad, food sucked, lack of control sucked, but I knew some people already there and ain't gonna find no pussy here! I was however on J-wing with drug offenders and not over with the rapists, murderers and gang members. That might have been a different experience based on some things I witnessed when we were all mixed up for chow.
