Me I most certainly will defend myself in my home or my vehicle which in Louisiana is a extension of my home.

Damn straight I would. But the reality is that I'd end up in jail and poor.
No way in hell would I not protect my wife and child.

For all the johnny hardasses, at what point is it legal to use your 2nd amendment right?

Whenever you or anyone in your home or on your property or in your vehicle feels threatened.
You can light them up. Now, go on and question it. But that is the law.

They would receive one verbal warning followed by a warning shot to make them fully aware of what happens next. After that, the minute that brick leaves their hand, or they approach my house. I would have my wife film it just in case i need the proof that i tried to give them a chance.

I would be on my roof with my 12 gauge shotgun, my AR15, and my Glock 22.

If they throw bricks, they get some 12 gauge 7 1/2 birdshot. Not lethal, but will pepper you.

They have a Molotov cocktail, they’re getting perforated with the AR.

Although many states have "castle doctrine" or "stand your ground laws," but there is also the legal concept of proportionality. You can only use force that is proportionate to the threat. Even if someone is trespassing in your yard, but not placing your life in real danger, you can't use deadly force. Also remember the legal system will play out locally, if you are a minority in that county (i.e., white person in Hinds County, MS, black person in Rankin County), that may come into play too.

There is no protocol when defending your life. You don't get to argue your case in court when you're dead.

"I would never use deadly force unless I genuinely feared for the life of me or my wife. I would be EXTREMELY reluctant to use a firearm.

I support the protestors and do not think property destruction is worth human lives. Black lives matter."
