That I don’t have to go there anymore…… the pain I go through on a daily basis is bad but I have finally come to the fact that it’s better than dealing with the crap I had to deal with on a regular basis……and I am financially fine so guck it’s….

Got to the point where I accrue more PTO than I know what to do with.....I'm taking 2 weeks off coming up and that will barely put a dent in it

401k Match up to 10%, they also put 5% of my salary into an another account and if you stay for 3 years you get that money in a lump sum when leave. Also, insurance, I pay $16 a week.

Is it taken out of your salary and put into the account or are they putting in an amount equal to 5% of your salary?

A generous Vehicle allowance with a fuel card. And I expense all maintenance. Plus I get paid for business miles. And a yearly bonus equal to up to 15% of my annual salary.

If you make $10 an hour they are putting 50 cents an hour into an account, that you get if you stay there 3 years are longer.
I've seen some people leave here with some really nice checks. It's like a retention bonus.

They're paying me over 100% of my average pay while I'm out sick getting cancer treatments. Didn't know they'd do that for me until Feb. Before that I really enjoyed being able to call my own shots of where I wanted to go all over the country.

2 weeks off from before Christmas to after New Year's. Off all of Thanksgiving week as well. Unlimited PTO to do whatever I need.
