People that I know who own "bedrooms with a loft" use the loft either for treadmill/exercise nook or wife's sewing/crafts area.

But the other poster's remark about a spectator's area did enter my mind when I first saw one of these bedrooms IRL.

Why'd you choose that one in particular? There are several houses in Lafayette (hell in River Ranch alone) that are currently for sale for more than that one.

baw can't even afford a soft wash on the roof, pitiful.

ETA: if it were my house, wife is going to catch at least one Macho Man elbow drop off of the loft railing to the bed.
