Really, it is kinda standard in Le Triomphe. I actually had to study the photos to make sure it wasn't the house one of my old friends owned. The patio assured me it wasn't. I remember his had the circular driveway and the kitchen sure looked familiar. I remember his was "over 4.500 sf" according to him and it was kinda typical and definitely not one of the largest.
Oh yeh, that was a subtle, "I have a rich friend" post.
