I think there is a difference in questioning the wisdom in overstating something that shouldn't need exaggeration - "it's like 4 hours in an F4 tornado!" and claiming a climate change conspiracy theory just because sustained wind ratings rarely materialize on land.

Even if it rains and cools down nicely, when that sun comes out, it shoots straight up to inferno hot with a quickness.

That my left ball is now bigger than my right,(it used to be the other way around). Did my balls switch places, or is this a climate change thing?

It’s because no winds over 100mph have been recorded, yet the hurricane was listed as a cat 5 with 180 mph winds. That’s the backstory.

quote:

With peak winds of 185 mph, Hurricane Dorian became the strongest storm on record to strike the Bahamas Sunday and among the top few most intense ever observed in the Atlantic Ocean. The Category 5 storm next threatens to bring hurricane force winds, coastal flooding and heavy rain to the east coast of Florida and Southeast U.S. Dorian’s winds had only eased modestly, down to 180 mph at 11 p.m. Sunday, still generating “catastrophic conditions” in the northern Bahamas. The National Hurricane Center stated the storm made landfall on Grand Bahama Island at 11 p.m. after slamming into Great Abaco earlier in the day.

According to CNN, the entire state of Alabama evacuated, hence CNN showing a graphic of Georgia bordered by SC and MS.

Well I'd like to believe that but Irma absolutely annialated the Virgin Islands in 2017 before it pussied out on Florida's coast.

It’s now known as the Sankey-Foley Effect.

I learned that a peleton is the same as a schwinn stationary bike with a bigger screen. I thought it made frappuccinos or something extra, but it don't.
