I do love on these things who it’s “White” and then also has “Hispanic” as an option
Like French people are white but not Spanish people. Classic.
How the hell did Italians get counted as white?

Isn't that right outside Williams Hall? Probably a disagreement over organic chemistry that spilled out onto the street. Nothing to worry about.
Right by Williams. Life Sciences building on Tower near the S. Stadium stop sign. Those weird posts are pretty unmistakable.

It’s culture my friend and it is not isolated to a SEC campus

When my daughter was there, we knew the north gate side led to the ghetto and to be careful. Yeah, there were issues, but it’s far worse now. And further back, it was safe to live in Tiger Land apts. Shame on BR and LSU, I don’t think I’d send my child there these days. I know many universities are in not so stellar areas, but LSU has gotten bad.

Hold on a minute, Tate was the best ever.

I thought it was harder to get into LSU now. Is there special exemptions for some?

That should be a key indicator on how many non-whites are dropping out in the first year. It's a quick money grab for LSU.
The overall white student number is lower than 57% now. A lot of these students are sticking around.
57% basically comes out to an average of the white incoming freshmen over the last four years of 62.5, 57.2, 54.8, and 50.0%. Based on that the dropout rate is pretty even across all demos.

I've never seen a fight on LSU campus during school hours. If anything it was always drunk college boys on gameday ... never women fighting. Yeah LSU is officially turning into SU south campus.
Thanks for suspending ACT/SAT scores LSU ... at least you got their money but the school's reputation is going to hell.

It's remarkable how many people on this board constantly sucked Tate's dick about what a great job he was doing as he lowered admissions standards and slowly turned LSU in to a twerking, fighting, ghetto school. He did it slowly but surely and here we are.

I would bet the new president will target policies like that. Will be interesting to see what changes come with the regime change.

It is harder to get in now, but that doesn’t fit the narrative here.

I bet they were fighting over who was going to get the promotion at work.

For some people. Not all. If it was harder for everyone to get in, ACT scores would still be a requirement. Now you can pick and choose how you let people in based on their diversity or lack thereof.
