It all depends on what part of town you plan on being in.
Downtown: Blend, River Room, Driftwood, and Tsunami
Overpass/Perkins: Bulldog, Overpass Merchant, and Olive or Twist
Corporate: Cove, Pelican House, and CBD if you like a good beer selection but don't mind a terrible atmosphere.

The Cove has the best selection of Scotch, Bourbon and beer. The Bulldog has lots of draft and is where my dogs always choose to go.
