Not nearly as big of a problem. Girls who want to play with guys aren't going to get their T levels as high as natural born males and they can't change their frame and bone density.

Guys who want to play with girls on the other hand, are still going to be much bigger and stronger than natural born girls even if they suppress their T from the first X number of years of their life. You dont just atrophy a shite load of muscle because your T levels lower, you just won't gain more, and you will still be much denser.
