Not sure if this is a topic for this thread or a separate one, but a major concern of mine is how this stuff can be planted on people if the powers that be really want to.

This is fair.

I'd say totally random AI generated shite like you said would be a gray area.

But if you're incorporating actual photos of a child and you have that child's face transposed in a fake porn video(which seems to be the case from the OP), then IMO that should be auto child porn charges. That just goes so far past a line you cannot cross.

Agreed. The sad thing is how much shite is going to be passed off as AI that is actually abuse now. Although I guess the counter will be will there be less actual childporn now that they can basically just create it.

You know just to help calm your nerves when public speaking.

I would not have heard about it, at least from my daughter. She would've likely started the retaliation process by generating an AI of this kid with an extremely tiny peen, followed by an explicit paper trail showing the kids mom was a crack whore and his Dad a closet pedo.

She would've ramped it up from there, and I eventually would've learned of the entire sordid ordeal when the school or the other kids parents called me to complain about her "bullying". By the time I heard about it, I would've almost felt sorry for the poor frick who started the shite.

While I'm extremely proud of my daughter and her outlook on life, her competitive instinct and need to "win" scares me a little.

It gets even trickier if you’ve seen the AI aging. What if this kid would have generated a fake picture of this girl as a 30 year old woman?
