Oh, she can pay in full before then, if ya know what I mean.

As in "just" filing when he was an over-leveraged real estate speculator. That's what he did when couldn't make payments. When doesn't matter.

Bank bail out like before.
#toobigtofail

If the government was interested in helping citizens, not big banks, it would have bailed out home owners instead. The banksters would have gotten their $$$ but no one would have been underwater with their mortgages.

I’ve hardly made much money my whole life, but had the sense to save up energency money, pay off my student loan over 10 years, and not be an idiot buying things I just can’t afford or don’t need
If you’ve done opposite of that, I dint know what to tell you

You can bet if government checks get issued, those ones I mention will hit the tiown spraying it around just like before.

Well, buddy. My wife and I are landlords and I'll be right there next to my tenants striking primers.

I'm getting real sick of the inmates running this asylum.

The lack of compassion here not for the common man is really not all that surprising here.

Define common man.

We talking hard working stiff who goes to work every day and provides for his family?

Or the 30+ yr old bartender who refused to get an education to sit around and do drugs all day.

Because there is only one I feel bad for.

we are not that far away from something like that...

violence against who, Jethro?

who is going to get violent and against whom? Because I doubt the mortgage lender is going to physically remove anyone from a home. And who do you think is going to get violent with deputies who would enforce the eviction? and how do you think that would work out for them?
