Great time for a title change.

3.5" for Baton Rouge follow what I measured pretty closely. Pulled 3.75" out here in the SE part of the parish. Which, after watching WAFB, is the third highest snow total on record here in BR.

could you imagine the 12.5 in 1895 that Baton Rouge had then now!

Didn't realize Yall got that much snow. The pics I saw people posting earlier looked like 1 to 2".

2.10” officially in Lake Charles.
7th hardest snow on record in Lake Charles.
Most snow ever recorded in December in Lake Charles.
Record for Lake Charles?
1895 - 22”. I cant even imagine what that’s like.

I measured 3.5” on the back patio. Neighbor saw me measuring and walked over to confirm. Said it looked good to him.
UPS guy showed up and said that was more that he measured about an hour earlier. He was kind enough to hold it steady while the neighbor got a good look at the reading and confirmed a solid 3.6”.
It was a good day.

Snowing in mobile now. Too wet to really stick it seems. But everyone is in their yard trying to build a snowman
