I was at 4" at noon in Briarwood. Started to melt a bit before it started snowing again around 230
Probably got 4.5"

3.5" for Baton Rouge follow what I measured pretty closely. Pulled 3.75" out here in the SE part of the parish. Which, after watching WAFB, is the third highest snow total on record here in BR.

5" still on the ground in prairieville around 73 and I10 and that's after we had some mid day melt and a few more hours of light snow this afternoon.

Didn't realize Yall got that much snow. The pics I saw people posting earlier looked like 1 to 2".

7th hardest snow on record in Lake Charles.

Most snow ever recorded in December in Lake Charles.

Record for Lake Charles?

1895 - 22”. I cant even imagine what that’s like.

I measured 3.5” on the back patio. Neighbor saw me measuring and walked over to confirm. Said it looked good to him.

UPS guy showed up and said that was more that he measured about an hour earlier. He was kind enough to hold it steady while the neighbor got a good look at the reading and confirmed a solid 3.6”.

It was a good day.

Snowing in mobile now. Too wet to really stick it seems. But everyone is in their yard trying to build a snowman
