What were the official snow depths across the area?

I haven’t seen anything official. Here in NW Calcasieu we got right at 4” measured on hard flat surface at my house. It’s just a nasty mess now. Driving here in a few hours is going to be a non starter.

It recommended you not use a grassy surface for measuring. It’s like pulling your gut back to measure your dick.

I f'in love snow, and all we got, was 17 degree weather, no snow, no sleet, no ice, nothing.

Were supposed to get the snow, u get the rain.

We get snow like this maybe once a decade. It's usually about 65 degrees in early Dec

Up here in Birmingham (on top of a mountain), I got 6.5 inches measured on a hard surface.

Most snow I've ever seen in my life. It's powdery too!
