I would argue that quartz might be preferable for the intented rough environment for that model. Size wise it is about the same size as my run of the mill Suunto.

Either way to each their own.

This is my preferred every day watch. I put a grey/black nato strap on it. I like it because it's both solar and atomic

No hate from me, it's an attractive/quality piece. Size is a personal preference.

Lol, that pic does make it look tight. I do keep it cinched up pretty good. Can't have it getting snagged or inadvertently slipping off in anything at work.
