What time do your feet hit the ground in the Morning?

I was always told if your feet aren’t on the ground before 6, it makes you weak. I set my alarm for 5:58 every morning to make sure I get them on the ground. Also nothing like having time to pump iron before you go in for the work day

3:30 to 3:45 am. I sleep with my boots on. I change my underwear and shirt daily, jeans weekly. It saves time not having to get dressed in the morning.
