I want 68 so I can sleep under a light blanket. The wife wants it at 74 and will sleep under a heavy blanket.

We've stopped adjusting our thermostat. Just keep it on 71 all day and night other than the occasional heater run.

At night but still awake in the living room, AC on 69-70. When I go to bed, 68.
If it's heater weather instead of AC, I might bump down to 66-67 because I don't like the heat kicking on too much.

68 degrees and the ceiling fan on full blast

She probably wanted the A/C to kick on to take care of the humidity. Mine has been on 68 all day and I will kick it to 67 for a bit to reduce the humidity when I go to bed since it barely ran all day, if it ran at all.

75 for AC
64 for heat
Of course, she turns our Mitsubishi wall unit AC on all summer, but at least we don’t have the AC running all the time for the whole house.
Putting the Mitsubishi unit end paid for itself with the savings of about $100 in June, July, and August on our average power bills
