No offense, but you probably shouldn’t be giving out sleep advice.
Due to a medical issue quickly leading to cancer should no action be taken my entire colon was removed.
I shite in a bag for a few months while the new internal pouch the built me healed and could be leaked checked.
After the bag the new pouch they built me works but has very little storage capacity leading me to have to shite every few hours.
Which is why I get up every two or three hours.
Sleep is a premium so I've put a lot of reading and work into making it the best it can be. After 16 years of trial and error what I posted was what I concluded to be the best non medicated combination. So I made the suggestion in hopes it would help.

Lunesta 3mg
Klonopin 1mg
Tizanidine 8mg
melatonin 15mg
magnesium glycinate
4 or 5 beers
Sometimes a Percocet o Norco 7.5/325 if my knee is killing me.
And I still don't get a good nights sleep.

Sorry to hear that. That sucks. Certainly puts my sleep issues in perspective.

Two shots of Bullet with 12 oz of Caffeine Free Coke Zero at 8:30 every evening. No more, no less.
Sleep like a baby.

I've had 30 years of sleep issues with Willis Ekbohm disease (whole body rls). It is a dopamine imbalance for me. You should have her evaluated by a neuro for any condition and have a total blood work up. I sleep a bit using half of a hydrocodone and 1 klonopin. Every so often the WED is too strong and I have to take an entire hydrocodone. It allows my central nervous system to relax.

Its all goid. Don't say that. To each person their issues are very real. Lack of sleep is a major problem and can alter one's life. You deserve to have the best sleep possible and asking questions posting is a tool to solve that issue. One's may seem worse than another but to that person no matter how slight an issue resolution is warranted if possible.
Good luck and keep working to figure it out. I wish you success.

I go to bed instantly. My problem is waking up 2 hours later and contemplating life and every decision I have made or am about to make. Lunesta works like a champ for those two hours.

Take 10 mg of melatonin. Asleep in 20 minutes.

Exercise, no caffeine after the morning, no sugars late at night, prayer, sex, AC on high, dark rooms comfortable bed, quality clean sheets, good pillows. Like Mellancamp says, an honest man’s pillow is his peace of mind.

No better cool than a 40 year old window shaker blasting ice cold air with the jet engine hum.

500mg of magnesium glycinate an hour before bed works wonders for me. As others above have mentioned the dreams when taking are pretty vivid.

I fell asleep at 5 AM and was up before 8 AM if that's an answer for you.

I’ve got two sisters who are 29 and 30. Gummies will be their number 1 answer.

Maybe once in a blue moon. If you are using this nightly to go to sleep, you won't be getting good sleep. You are messing with your cortisol levels, the stress hormone.
