6’1.5”, 37” waist, 217 and working toward 36” waist, 210. But, I’m 67 so it’s hard to get that waist to shrink without dipping to 200....

I'm 77, 6'3", weigh 207, 34" waist.
I can still jump rope, stand on one foot in the shower and wash the other. I can still do sit ups, but not push ups. I have a rotator cuff injury that prevents push ups. Top that.
I'm very fortunate.
