1. The economy is shut down for two months
2. Unemployment is at an all time high.
3. People are not paying their commercial rent.
What happens next?

Opportunistic people will make bank understanding the “new normal” and how to monetize it.

Not the liquor market. I’m keeping them afloat.

Hope I am wrong, but I think the stock market will be a good bit lower (crash may be too strong a term). Earnings will be terrible for a while, and I don't think it has priced in just how badly our country has been harmed by this. A lot of pre-shutdown jobs are not coming back anytime soon and there will be a lot of unemployment for a while. Commercial real estate will get hit too--bankrupt retailers and restaurants, less use of physical office space, etc.
The shutdown needs to end yesterday.

Yep. SBA loans at 1% interest over 24 months is going to allow some opportunistic people to capitalize

a drastic shut down of non major colleges and their expensive staff and campuses wouldn't be a bad thing. online education and trade schools should be prioritized instead.

Considering the DJA and NASDAQ have mostly recovered at this point. Don't see much changing with the amount of money governments across the world are pumping into the economies

Good point. A ton of post grad, doctorate and even professional degrees are done heavily on line already.
