OP that was lame.

I knew the first time i touched the gigantic 16 year old breasts my g/f at that time had, i wanted to touch them for the rest of my life. Here we are 20 years later, and i still touch them everyday and still enjoy them everyday.

I thought she was the one. Instead I was dumb.

I absolutely agree with LL. I preplan to avoid stress. I would map out the grocery store to get in and out in 15 minutes because I like being home with a glass of wine more than the grocery.

But I have also absolutely worn business clothes to LSU baseball because we got last minute tickets on a work night and there was no time to change clothes. I would get on a plane to join my SO for a game, no hesitation.

I always get reservations when traveling or going somewhere with a large group because I am not eating IHOP for dinner. I had friends who went to Europe and did not know you had to pre-purchase tickets. If I am standing outside the Louvre with no ability to get a ticket I am super mad!

So we said frick that, and we planned a day that we'd go into the actual store to go shopping ourselves, and that was today. She was off work today, so since the weekend we had this day planned to actually go in and get everything we need. We made a list together of everything we needed since then and we were ready to go.

Today when I got off of work, this woman had a piece of paper outlining everything that we had made on the list, and it was literally sorted by the aisle each item was on in the store because she went online and looked at where they were in the store beforehan

It concerns me that a successful trip to the grocery store is a high watermark of any part of someone's life. It also concerns me that you both are old enough to be thinking about marriage, yet you needed several strategy meetings and blueprints to find success in a visit to the grocery store.

She looked good, was good company, outdoorsy, and her medicine cabinet was emptier than mine.

As a married man, when was the last time you saw the inside of a grocery store?

Why would anyone still go to a grocery store with Amazon Fresh?

I have zero confidence in those clowns picking out good produce or meat

Pretty recently. I love my HEB, plus my meat selection process is the only one I trust.

I got a look at her 401K. Very true story. It’s gone just as most go and that 401K is now increasing size and of our Mountain home by 1000 sq ft. and improving the view immensely. It is what it is. No regrets

When I started dating her I knew she was wife material. Good heart, great family, and not interested in being a leech. I just waited a year and a half to make sure I wasn't missing any red flags.
