I'm sure our slow down will be in a few months when new projects aren't being financed like planned but we haven't slowed down one bit in building materials

The industry as a whole is being decimated right now. I work in the corporate headquarters for the largest operator in the country and have close friends working for top 10 operators.
All of our companies are being destroyed by this.

Catfish farming has held pretty steady for us. All processing plants have remained open though a couple cut back on processing short term due to sales dropping with restaurant closures. It’s picking back up now we are increasing processing starting today an additional 30-40k lbs a day and running a full shift (we had split the plant crew into 2 shifts, one working 3 days a week and the other working the other 3 days so we could spread people out, but today started back a normal routine.

I’m in Oil & Gas (not oil field service work) our business has been steady on the commercial development front. The big concern is as many have stated projects are going to slow up or be postponed.
Our industrial account will remain steady, but it’s the contract comonay and services we provide to them is somewhat unknown.
On the farming side many Farmers are afraid to Hedge fuel (futures) b/c they are wanting to hold on to their liquidity. Like many others.
Wife is in Health and business than every. We consider ourselves fortunte.

I work in a plastic molding facility making conveyer belts and we have seen no decline in production and don’t see anything slowing us down anytime soon.

Food service. I work for a large company that services shake machines, grills, ac units etc for McDonald's. We are required to wear a mask inside their stores. Business went on as usual through the lockdown. We are required to wear a mask inside the stores because they are. Health department threatened to shut them down if they didn't comply. I hate those masks especially since I have already caught the disease and beat it.

Government of all types.
Unlike the federal gov, states can't just print more money and at any rate almost all of them have balanced budget requirements.

The Mortgage Banking industry has been wide open and we are having record breaking months due to the incredibly low interest rates.
This has lead to a huge refi boom and the owner occupied new home and resale purchase market is still very strong.
The second home segment has slowed in my local market (Orange Beach AL - Gulf Shores AL & Perdido Key FL)
We expect rates to remain low (Conventional rates 2.5% to 3.0% for 15yr or 3.25% to 3.5% for 30yrf) for the foreseeable future.
This has lead to a huge refi boom and the owner occupied new home and resale purchase market is still very strong.

Sure they have been shut down but the government employees in those agencies/areas have still been collecting paychecks while sitting at home. The rest of us dont get paid when we dont work so a government job would be nice right now
