8. The Traffic of Drugs and people across our borders is treated as a terrorist attack, and individuals, shipping companies and countries complicit will be treated as such.
9. It will be illegal to charge a person paying in cash more then 90% allowed by Medicaid or Tricare.
10. All non-emergency healthcare cost most be preapproved in writing on each individual treatment by the responsible party prior to treatment. No more surprise billing. The use of blanket statements by doctor and hospitals is not allowed.

2-year mandatory military/civil service, deferrable to after college.

Repeal the unconstitutional firearms act of 19-whatever year it was.

Create a completely separate prison system for standalone drug offenders who, upon conviction, go to mandatory inpatient drug rehab. They cannot leave. They have guards, fences, etc. But sending druggies into the same jail with rapists, etc. is stupid.

10. Give the green light for black ops and military to wipe out the cartels, and they can keep the seized cash.
