Anyone who hits or runs over the operator of a likker cycle or bicycle on a public road, has no responsibility other than calling 911 as he/she travels on their way. If they don't report, it is punishable with a maximum of $3.00.

Funny. I'd outlaw flat heads. And shoot any engineer designing something with SAE and metric interchanged. Hell, I'd probably just choose one and outlaw the other.

All people employed in an office setting must work at least 90 consecutive days in a plant working at least shift work, preferably 12 hour swings. This must be done within five years of graduation and entering your field of choice.
