I get what you are saying. I am just sick of the hypocrisy of someone being arrested for something as relatively trivial as this event opposed to several years of leftist thugs continuously truly terrorizing The country without consequences. I don't condone what this idiot did. Yet we see people arrested, jailed with out bail and prosecuted for the January 6 event while we have had a whole year of far more violent and destructive acts with the prosecuters refusing to prosecute those offenders.

The rules are the rules. Curfews exist so that police can more aggressively regulate travel during natural or man-made disasters. There's nothing shitty about it.

So from what I saw of that particular video, the guy got in the reporters face and it was the reporter who pushed the guy back (and no ai dont blame the reporter for putting his forearm out to get the nutjob out of his face).
It appears that the wackjob was already on probation so he couldn’t go across state lines and he also violated the curfew that had been implemented. Then add on the assault for getting into his face.

I don't know about this particular reporter, but multiple weather channel ones were made to look like fools for massively stretching how bad the weather was at that point in time.
Not saying this guy was even remotely correct, just that people who report on the weather are still capable of going for ratings.
