If you're new to watches, just remember that high end watches need routine maintenance from "QUALIFIED" people. Not always easy to find.

Rolex Submariner usually (two tone with blue face and bezel)

Tag Heuer Aquaracer Automatic (black face and bezel on the Bond NATO on weekends sometimes)

question about watch repair. i bought a lumnox recon carbon fibir something or other from a guy at work (he wanted a smart watch and I liked the one he had). Anyway, i clumsily hit it on something and now the minute and hour hands don't work (or work very erratically). the second hand keeps seconds perfectly (just sitting here watching). Is this something i could bring to a local place to get looked at or would it be better sending it to lumnox. I bought it for $100 so i'm not into it a ton and i like it because it's a light every day watch.

thoughts?
