67 in winter. Usually 72 in summer.

We set the low threshold for temps to 67 and the high to 72. If it drops below 67 the heater turns on, if it gets warmer than 72 the A/C kicks on.

I used to adjust mine on a schedule but during Covid when were home every day I noticed that it didn't make any difference, not a noticable one at least so I just leave it at 71 all the time now.

65 year round I just switch it from heat to AC without changing the temp. Heat in winter, AC in summer
