I’m in south Louisiana and walked outside. It’s 35 degrees and I hear my neighbors a/c running.

65, only cuts on for an hour or two from like 4 - 6 am after the coals from the woodstove are out.
Othewise, my thermostat registers in the low 70's this time of year.

70. A bit warm for me but my elderly parents like it.

Winter: 67-68, depending on sunshine/thermal heat. 65 at night
Summer: 72 during the day, 70 at night

Talking about heat only, for years we were --
Daytime: 70
Nighttime: 67-68
... But in an old pier and beam house, it's an entirely new world. The floor is often so cold in the winter you can't walk around barefoot comfortably. My windows are original wood windows (old house), so it is brisk when its cold.
We go more like 70 to sleep (which feels like old 68), and you'd be surprised how fast it gets low enough to need to knock the chill out again.
