The OT calls themselves men by having an average annual income of at least 1,000x greater than your average bench press numbers.

I only have 6 45 lb plates. I know I can lift 225, and not lift 315.

Pretty sure Chyna benched over 300 pounds

Lots of people outing themselves as to never stepping foot in a gym. Go to any decent sized gym and you will find multiple women that can throw up 200

Bro you picked bench press as your marker. I’m sure everyone at your planet fitness is proud of you.

I like 2.5’s

Arguendo you actually racked and benched 400 why would you go to trouble of building pyramids when you could just have loaded 4 plates?

Before you said you liked 2.5s I would have just figured you loaded a 35 and a collar on each side. I still think that is OCD but it ain't nuts.

There are rules, I generally make exceptions for wives unless the post is a douchey bragging post. So on that note, Pics?

OK, big boy, only way to really compare that kind of stuff is to list it in relation to body weight.

How about you post your weight and your wife's weight so we can get a fair judgement?

This is one of the stupidest threads I’ve seen on here in a long time.

Oh and here’s your wife!

Is that is your benchmark for what makes a man?

This reminds me of a thread from many moons ago, before Sao went off the deep end.

Asking "What is your max bench and reps?" waiting a few pages, then changing the thread title to "What is the biggest girl you've banged and how many times?"

"315lbs for 3 reps"

"Damn that's nasty, bro"
