What is your favorite pair of hair clippers?

I've used a Wahl (the one that has the color coded guards) for years and it worked great, that is until a couple of weeks ago. Went to Target and bought a new one, $20. There's a night and day difference in my old one and the new one and not in a good way. They're basically nonfunctional, I can't get the blades to move unless it's extended all the way out. I've oiled the damned thing, took it apart and cleaned it (although it's 2 weeks old I should have to), etc. Still sucks.
So it's going in the garbage, what should I replace it with?

I'm curious myself now after reading this, because I was gonna get another Wahl too. If their quality has gone to shite, I'll buy something else.

The ones the hot chick who cuts my hair uses.

go to the beauty supply place and get a set of professional wahls.

I typically get disheartened halfway through using clippers. I break our the double edge and take it all the way to the scalp.

I use the Philips ManScaper 3300.

I think all of the serious barbers like Andis brand clippers.
But Wahl and Oster also make good clippers. I'm guessing you just bought a cheap, crappy clipper from Wahl.

I have an old, cheap Norelco that was great until my son broke the adjustable guard. I bought a similar Norelco to replace it. Like your new Wahl, the new Norelco is shite.

There's just something sexy and unpredictable when a hot chick is walking around me with that vibrating phallic symbol in hand.
It leaves me thinking...she better not, but if she did...would it be so bad?

OSter Fast Feed. Doesn't come with as many guards, but you can buy them. I go with no gaurd, so not a big deal. Definitely good quality compared to most home clippers.

Wahl, and then a mach5 to finish it off...

Oster Fast Feed. Much better than my previous Wahl (same kind you had)

Not sure the model, but I have a Wahl that is easily 17-18 years old and still works like a champ. Probably gonna have to spend a little more than $20 to get a decent one.

Can anyone provide an online link to a high quality commercial grade trimmer that they use in barbershops?
When I get my hair shaved at the barber it takes like 3 minutes. The consumer grade models take forever.
