Doesn't have to be car/truck. It could be 4wheeler, motorcycle, tractor, etc

In no particular order:
4.6 4V terminator engine
5.2 Voodoo (add in a coyote if it has boost)
2JZ-GTE
9.5 deck 351 based engine (non stock block)
VR38DETT
Probably a few more i'm forgetting but those are my fav to work on and mod. I'm not including any LS based engines because theres a million of them and i don't know them well enough.
ETA i meant 5.2 voodoo

Mercedes M275 V12
SOHC 36V 6.0L twin-turbo V12, was rated at 604 hp and 740 torque in most cars except the SL65 Black Series, where it made 661 hp.
Very reliable and durable for such a complex powerful engine, other than that they eat coil packs every 30k miles or so. Plenty out there with 100k+ miles and no issues.
Capable of 700+ hp and 900+ torque with stock fueling/pistons/crank/turbos.
