I went to the town hall about it. Those are quotes from students describing tailgating. Fuentes or whatever her name is was trying to imply even students have a negative view of LSU tailgating

I think it's just in reference to throwing your own party and not relying on someone else? Maybe not having to go to vendors?

I watched a town hall meeting on periscope and everybody was talking about it for a week or two. I haven't heard/read anything about it since April.

A law student stood up and decimated their proposed changes during day 2 of the town hall. Fuentes wasn't even there, she sent a representative instead and I felt bad for the beat down she got
