Salt Lake City is up there for me. I'm sure Switzerland and Japan surpass it from what I've heard.

Las Vegas was pretty easy to travel around.
All the city roads were Grid-like and straight. I knew if I was in west Las Vegas and headed east, at one point I would reach the strip.
Plenty of Interstates around town, construction near the strip was slowing things down on I-15.
The dots on the roads were hard to see at times as stripes, but they did serve a purpose to help keep you in your lane.

There may be rough areas. Still, the cleanest downtown in the US I have visited.
