Stacks of uncut sheets of $100s. Each was supposed to be $10,000,000. There were too many to count. This was in DC at a US Mint or treasury facility in the 1980s.

There was a $1M on display at a casino in vegas when I went in 2001. Forget which casino. Think it was stacks of 100s

I can't recall having more than a couple of grand in cash on hand at any one time. Mainly use cards and online payments.

I've had a little over $12k in my possession before (as in the amount I had in my personal safe), but at once? When I was in middle school, we took a field trip to a bank and was shown the inside of the safe (it was a small local type bank) and there was A LOT of cash. Not sure how much, but that was probably the most I have seen.

I've seen texas hold'em pot, not played in a casino, have $20k+ in it before.
