Houston to Tempe Arizona for me. Close to 18 hours straight around 1100 miles. The scenery on this drive was incredible and I hope to do something like this in the future again.

As opposed to a road trip by boat?
ETA Ok now I'll answer the question.
Welsh to NYC, nearly 1500 miles. But ABQ to Welsh felt longer, even tho it is close to 500 miles less

I've driven all over the country... some pretty long road trips under my belt.
I think the longest straight drive was Houston to/from Los Angeles. I've done that one a few times.

Sydney to Perth via Mackay and Alice Springs.
Distance: too far
Days: way too many.
Fosters: not enough
Seemed like a good idea at the time.

Stevens Point, WI to Monterey, CA. Google maps shows 2,242 miles, but a bad snowstorm forced me to cross the Nevada/California border near Carson City instead of Reno because I didn't have chains for my tires. I made the 33 hour drive within 45 hours.

NOLA to San Diego several times apparently. I was an infant and don't remember the trips. My dad was in the Navy in SD.

From Lafourche up to Indianapolis and on to New Hampshire, spent a few days then back down through Shenandoah and the Smoky Mountains. I live for this kind of thing and I'm hoping to pass my own record this year

From the Sierra Inn in Kyburz, CA the day after we came off the Rubicon Trail to Auburn, AL by way of 395 through the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains all the while trailering a Jeep. A little more than 39 hours door to door. 3 drivers swapping out.
