By car was Philadelphia to Los Angeles in 2000. We were basically stopping everyday though for a couple of months, but I'm counting it.

BR to Salt Lake City, UT.
I mainly used state highways instead of Interstates, and the scenery was wonderful!
There would be times when I wouldn't see another car for 20 minutes. Glorious!

Single drive without stopping to sleep? Bakersfield, CA to Clarendon, TX in ~13 hours. I stopped a few times only for gas and to get drive-through while doing so.

Wore me the hell out.

I love that feeling of isolation out there that you can't really get in the east. Those state highways past the Rockies are well worth the few extra hours from skipping the interstate.

As an adult, driving: Phoenix to New Orleans. 2 days, about 40 hours on I-10.

As a a kid: BR to Cincinnati, then east to D.C., then back to BR down the east coast & through Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi. Family vacation of about 14 days.
