Last: clear and present danger
Next: the sum of all fears
Working my way through Clancy. After that I've got some classic stuff that I'll be reading. Faulkner is probably next.

Got half way through Sapiens before leaving it in an airport. Prior to that it was the final book in a series called the Frontier Saga (like book 14 or something like that).
I tried reading the Frontier Saga part II and just couldn’t do it.

Don't read the outsider. It was dumb after the first 100 pages.

Both of those are on my list to read next!

I knocked out three Predator books last week. Currently reading the 1952 copy of 'Era of Good Feelings' a snooze fest but am interesting time period. When we were a single party government.
I try to read 80-100 pages a day.
I also have a few non linear history and technology books I'm reading.

Great thread - but better if put on the Book Board. I like the creative approach you and your responders have used, posting the image of the book and all, along with info. If the book board denizens see this, maybe it will become more visually interesting. Thanks!
Also, about to start The Path of the Assassin, book 2 in the series.
I read a lot, but don't count how many annually. Sounds like too much work. Lol.

Almost done with this one. Well done history book about an area I knew very little about.
Just ordered this to read next. It's about the Donner Party. I am really excited.
ETA: I haven't read much over since I got out of college due to my shitty eyes. Finally got some new glasses and I seem to be able to read without headaches again

I read God's word to the kids every night before bed

I used to read 30 minutes ever night. Would easily knock out a book every 2 weeks or so. Fatherhood has made that happen less and less. Reading two books currently.

Sometimes we just NEED a thread like this in the OT. Few will travel over to the Books forum, so the occasional discussion here brings in others and new ideas for the readers among us.
