Bad Blood was a good book. It goes to show you how much someone with political influence can get away with and cover up my using well known peoples names to cover up the truth.

I started reading extreme ownership but as in your case fatherhood got in the way. What’s you’re opinion of the book?

Working my way through Clancy. After that I've got some classic stuff that I'll be reading. Faulkner is probably next.

If you have the attention span and patience to read through all of Clancy's acronyms, you should enjoy Faulkner - though in a very different way.

Me neither. I was actually reading a review last night and thinking it would be cool if we had a book board to post it on.

I've listened to Jocko's podcast before, so familiar with the theories. Really enjoy it so far. The practical examples they use show how crucial these tactics are in the military, in business, or in your personal life. I think being a leader is a mentality not necessarily a job title, so you will absolutely take things from the book that you will apply or will stop and make you say, ohh..that makes sense.

The last book I read was All the Light We Cannot See, by Anthony Doerr. It was an amazing read.

Currently, I'm reading Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace. I have a feeling it might take me awhile to finish.

A Vince Flynn novel can't remember which one. Now on Brad Thor. I try to read a book a week. Almost always will be a detective novel, spy novel, or thriller. Love ongoing ones like Reached, Rapper, Cross, etc.

Last older book was 1984 again. Favorite book hands down have read it four times now.
