about 2 years ago, my ex husband thought it would e cute to slash my tires, 2 days in a row I had to deal with replacing 2 new tires. It was my mum's car, I had gotten it since she died of alzheimer's.
So the 2nd day, as we put the donut spare back in the truck, there was a funny blue bank envelope (the zipper kind) and it contained a stack of uncirculted $100 bills.
Total count was over $5000 (plus guns and jewelry as a bonus.
Pics or it didn't happen? Paige said that way back when it happened so I had to take the money, spread it out on my comp and took a pic.
Thanks, Mom!!!

Yes, Army base cash and drugs in on base housing. This was pre 9/11 and things were much more lax then.

I was cutting grass and saw a 20 dollar bill folded up and hopped off the mower and grabbed it. Opened it up and it said "Gotcha you greedy stupid bastard."

Had $6,000+ mistakenly deposited into my account while I was in college.
It at there for a few days while I contemplated the strippers and blow I was going to use it on.
Then they took the money back out and I was left with <$100

I found $17 at a bus stop in college. That was the most I’ve ever kept as it was cash just lying there and no one was around.
I picked up a $100 chip at a casino and tried to act natural picking it up but an employee saw me, came over, and took it. I thought about arguing for a second, but believe I made the right call to laugh it off.

Since I don't know what the hell that is, I'd do the same. Certainly wouldn't use that shite..

frick that, next time put it in your pocket. If it's on the fricking floor, it isn't theft.
They can ask you to leave, of course, but you won't get in any trouble.

Old guy in a 60s model pickup with 2 young kids in the truck pulled away from the bank drive thru without getting his money. I didn’t count it but it was at least $3k. I caught him at a red light and walked up to his open window and asked him if he forgot something. He was shocked and extremely grateful. He said he was headed to buy his grandsons a dirt bike. He tried to give me some cash but I refused.
His and his little dudes’ gratitude was worth way more than the money.

$10 when I was a kid back in the 70's. It was glorious. I remembering thinking I was loaded.
You could have bought a quarter of some decent weed or 10 Quaaludes and gotten loaded.
